At this time Angel Pax does not have a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization status due to extremely high cost of lawyer fees, application fees, state fees and the IRS application fee. All donations go 100% toward Angel Pax backpacks. But at this time donations to Angel Pax are not tax exempt. So you dont get a write off for donating to Angel Pax. This will be changing as soon as Angel Pax raises enough to become a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.

Angel Pax is operated By Randy Lundy and Kena Grider.
Funding is from various donations and a portion of profits from Party AllStars Mobile Music & Lights in Tulsa OK.
